How To Install and Use EasyEngine (EE) v4 on Ubuntu

EasyEngine makes it very easy to manage WordPress website

In order to install it on our Ubuntu server, we need to have full root access. The installation process consists of several commands and it is actually pretty simple and straight forward:

for full root access use the following command

Just paste the following commands into your shell

ubuntu@ip-172-31-0-255:~$ sudo su

• 

Hit enter button
now your path is changed to the root user name

• 

root@ip-172-31-0-255:/home/ubuntu#

Install EasyEngine on Linux

root@ip-172-31-0-255:/home/ubuntu# wget -qO ee rt.cx/ee4 && sudo bash ee

• 

After successful installing easy engine v4 you get following message display

• 

Create a website with the easy engine (EE) v4

root@ip-172-31-0-255:/home/ubuntu# ee site create demo.com –type=wp –ssl=le

• 

After successful website create you got website details

• 

you get the WordPress Admin details as you see in the above image
to access WordPress admin enter domain name with /wp-admin
